Vegastars Casino Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern access to and use of Vegastars Casino, including Player Accounts, casino games, payment services, promotions, bonuses and other features associated with the platform (“Services”).

Vegastars is operated by Neptune Projects SRL, registration number 3-102-900308, with its registered address in San José, Costa Rica. The platform states that it operates under a licence issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, licence number 0000019. Payment services may be provided through Pireneo Limited, a company registered in Cyprus.

These Terms establish the contractual relationship between Vegastars (“Casino”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and each registered user (“Player”, “You”, “Your”). They apply whenever you register an Account, access casino content, make a payment, participate in a promotion or otherwise use the Services.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, KYC Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus Terms, payment rules and any additional conditions applicable to particular games, promotions or payment methods. Where specific terms apply to a particular product, those terms operate alongside this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Services, making a deposit, placing a casino wager or participating in a promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

You also confirm that you have had an opportunity to review any additional rules relevant to the particular Service you intend to use.

If you do not understand a provision concerning deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification or gameplay, you should contact customer support before proceeding.

If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an Account or continue using the Services.

Vegastars may amend these Terms where necessary because of regulatory, operational, technical, payment or security changes. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version periodically.

Where legally permitted, continued use of the Services after amended Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. New Zealand Regulatory Position

Online casino gambling in New Zealand is governed by the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026, which came into force on 1 May 2026.

The legislation introduces a regulated licensing framework for operators wishing to provide online casino gambling to people located in New Zealand.

The new framework is being implemented in stages. During the transitional period, offshore operators that were already providing online casino services to people in New Zealand before the commencement of the new regime may continue operating temporarily, subject to the requirements and restrictions established by New Zealand law.

From 1 December 2026, an operator that has not submitted an eligible application for a New Zealand online casino licence must cease providing online casino gambling to customers in New Zealand.

An operator that has submitted an eligible licence application may continue operating under the statutory transitional exemption while that application is being considered, subject to the applicable deadline and conditions.

The availability of Vegastars to a Player in New Zealand must therefore not be interpreted as confirmation that Vegastars currently holds a New Zealand online casino licence.

Players should distinguish between technical access to a website, operation during a statutory transition period and full licensing under the new New Zealand regulatory system.

4. Online Casino Advertising in New Zealand

New Zealand law regulates the advertising and marketing of online casino gambling.

During the current transitional period, offshore operators that are temporarily permitted to continue providing existing online casino services must comply with the applicable advertising restrictions.

The fact that a Player can independently locate or access a website does not mean that the Casino is permitted to advertise every product or promotion to that Player.

These Terms are provided to explain the contractual conditions governing the Services. They should not be interpreted as overriding advertising restrictions, licensing requirements or other obligations imposed under New Zealand law.

Promotional availability may therefore differ between jurisdictions, even where the underlying casino platform remains technically accessible.

5. Minimum Age

A Player must be at least 18 years old to create and use a Vegastars Account and must also satisfy any higher age requirement that applies in the Player’s location.

New Zealand’s online casino regime requires operators subject to the legislation to take reasonable measures to prevent persons under 18 from participating in online casino gambling.

Vegastars may request proof of age at registration, during Account verification, before a withdrawal or at any other stage where age confirmation is reasonably required.

Acceptable evidence may include government-issued identification showing the Player’s name, photograph and date of birth.

A Player must not provide a false date of birth or use another person’s identity to bypass age restrictions.

If the Casino determines that an Account is being or has been used by a person below the applicable minimum age, it may immediately suspend the Account, prevent further gameplay and review all related deposits, winnings and transactions.

6. Eligibility to Play

Players may use Vegastars only from countries or territories in which participation is permitted under applicable law and the Casino’s jurisdictional policies.

New Zealand is not listed among the restricted countries in the current general Vegastars Terms. This does not, however, override obligations imposed by the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 or any other applicable New Zealand law.

Each Player is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services is lawful from their location.

The ability to register, view a game or access the cashier does not by itself guarantee that every Service, payment method, promotion or game provider is available to that Player.

Vegastars may refuse registration, restrict specific Services or close access to a jurisdiction where continuing to provide the Services would conflict with applicable regulatory, licensing, provider or payment requirements.

7. Sports and Racing Betting in New Zealand

Online casino gaming and sports or racing betting are subject to different regulatory rules in New Zealand.

From 28 June 2025, online sports and racing betting offered to people in New Zealand is subject to restrictions that reserve this activity to TAB NZ and permitted brands operating under the domestic framework.

Accordingly, any sportsbook or racing betting feature associated with Vegastars should not be used from New Zealand where such use would conflict with those restrictions.

The New Zealand-specific provisions of these Terms are therefore primarily intended to address online casino Services rather than unrestricted access to sports or racing betting.

A product being visible through an international account interface does not necessarily mean that the product is legally available from New Zealand.

8. Geographic Restrictions and VPN Use

Players must not deliberately conceal, manipulate or misrepresent their actual geographic location.

The use of a VPN, proxy service, anonymising technology, false residential information or another method intended specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited.

Location controls may be applied at Account level, payment level, game-provider level or in response to applicable law.

If Vegastars identifies circumstances suggesting that a Player has intentionally bypassed a location restriction, the Casino may request additional proof of residence or location.

Affected Accounts may be temporarily restricted during the investigation.

Where deliberate circumvention is established, the Casino may cancel associated promotional benefits, refuse further use of restricted Services or close the Account in accordance with these Terms.

9. Account Registration

Each Player may create only one personal Vegastars Account.

Registration must be completed personally by the individual who intends to use the Account.

Information supplied during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. This may include the Player’s legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number and other information reasonably required for Account administration or compliance.

The Casino may require the Player to verify the email address or telephone number associated with the Account.

Accounts must not be registered using fictitious identities, temporary identities or information belonging to another person.

Vegastars may refuse a registration request where information appears incomplete, inconsistent or connected to an existing Account.

10. One Account per Player

Unless Vegastars expressly authorises otherwise, each Player may maintain only one Account.

Creating additional Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, avoid Account restrictions, bypass self-exclusion, conceal previous gameplay or obtain another unfair advantage is prohibited.

When duplicate Accounts are identified, Vegastars may examine information such as personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods and other relevant Account connections.

The existence of a shared household or internet connection does not automatically establish wrongdoing, but additional verification may be requested where multiple Accounts appear connected.

Where intentional multiple-account abuse is established, the Casino may close duplicate Accounts and review bonuses, winnings and transactions associated with those Accounts.

11. Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

Passwords should be unique and sufficiently secure, and Players should take reasonable measures to protect the email address and device used to access Vegastars.

Account credentials must not be sold, shared, transferred or disclosed to another person.

The registered Player remains responsible for activity carried out through the Account unless unauthorised access has been reported and established.

If you believe that another person has accessed your Account, you should change your password where possible and contact customer support without unnecessary delay.

Vegastars may temporarily freeze withdrawals or other Account functions when unauthorised access is suspected.

Additional identity or security verification may be required before full access is restored.

12. Identity Verification and KYC

Vegastars may conduct Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks at any point during the relationship with a Player.

Verification may be triggered by registration, cumulative deposit activity, a withdrawal request, unusual transaction patterns, payment-provider requirements or other compliance considerations.

The Casino may request a government-issued passport, driver’s licence or other photo identification, proof of residential address and evidence showing ownership of a payment method.

Proof of address may need to be recent and clearly show the Player’s legal name and residential address.

For payment verification, the Casino may request an appropriately redacted card image, bank statement, e-wallet information or documentation relating to another payment instrument.

In higher-risk cases, enhanced verification may include a selfie, liveness check, video call, source-of-funds documents or certified translations.

Withdrawals and certain other Account functions may remain unavailable until all requested verification has been completed to the Casino’s reasonable satisfaction.

13. Accuracy of Personal Information

Players must ensure that the information associated with their Vegastars Account remains accurate.

If your address, email, telephone number, legal name or another important detail changes, you should update the information through the available Account functions or contact customer support.

The Casino may require additional documentation before changing sensitive information such as the Player’s name or date of birth.

If registration information does not correspond with information shown on verification documents or payment methods, the Casino may temporarily restrict transactions until the discrepancy is explained.

Deliberately providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or Account closure.

14. Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds

Vegastars must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, movement of criminal proceeds or other unlawful financial activity.

The Casino may monitor deposits, withdrawals and gaming behaviour for patterns that are inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.

Examples may include unusually large deposits followed by minimal gameplay, rapid movement of funds between payment methods or transactions that appear inconsistent with information available about the Player.

Where appropriate, Vegastars may request documents explaining the source of funds or source of wealth.

Vegastars currently states that deposits exceeding €50,000 per day may result in enhanced source-of-funds and source-of-wealth checks.

The Player must cooperate with reasonable compliance requests. Deposits, withdrawals or other Account functions may remain restricted while an AML or enhanced due diligence review is underway.

15. Accepted Currencies

Vegastars supports several Account currencies, including NZD, AUD, USD and CAD.

New Zealand Players may therefore be able to choose NZD where it is available during registration or through the cashier.

Using NZD can make it easier to understand deposits, wagers and Account balances without repeatedly converting amounts into another currency.

However, the Casino’s internal operating or settlement currency may differ from the Player’s selected display or Account currency.

A bank, card issuer, e-wallet or payment processor may perform its own currency conversion and may use an exchange rate different from the rate shown by the Casino.

Any external conversion fees should be reviewed before confirming the transaction.

16. Deposits

Players may deposit using the payment methods made available in the Vegastars cashier.

Depending on location and Account status, available options may include Visa, Mastercard, electronic wallets, bank-based payment solutions, cryptocurrency or other alternative payment methods.

The currently published general minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent amount in the Player’s supported currency.

A promotion may require a different minimum qualifying deposit.

Maximum deposit amounts can depend on the payment method, provider restrictions, responsible gambling limits, verification status and other Account controls.

Deposits should only be made with funds that the Player is legally entitled to use.

Vegastars may refuse or reverse deposits connected with suspected fraud, stolen payment credentials or another prohibited source.

17. Payment Ownership

A Player should normally use only payment methods registered in their own legal name.

Third-party deposits are prohibited because they can create fraud, identity-verification and anti-money-laundering concerns.

Players must not use another person’s bank card, bank account, e-wallet or other payment instrument simply because that person has informally given permission.

Business payment cards are also restricted under the applicable payment rules.

Where ownership cannot be verified, Vegastars may ask for additional documentation or return funds to the original payment source.

Winnings connected directly with an unauthorised third-party payment method may also be reviewed under these Terms.

18. Deposit Wagering Requirement

Deposited funds are intended for genuine gaming activity rather than immediate movement through the Casino.

Under the currently published Vegastars rules, deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1×) before withdrawal.

For example, if a Player deposits NZ$200, qualifying wagers totalling at least NZ$200 may need to be placed before the deposited funds become eligible for withdrawal.

This requirement applies separately from bonus wagering requirements.

If a bonus is active, the Player may therefore be required to satisfy both the general deposit wagering rule and the specific promotional conditions.

A withdrawal requested before the required gameplay has been completed may be refused, delayed or subject to transaction-processing costs where permitted by the applicable Terms.

19. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where cryptocurrency payments are available, the Player is responsible for selecting the correct digital currency, blockchain network and wallet address.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible after confirmation.

A transaction sent to an incorrect address, through an unsupported network or using an unsupported token may be impossible to recover.

The amount ultimately credited to the Account may also depend on blockchain confirmation requirements and exchange rates.

Network congestion can delay deposits or withdrawals even after the Casino has completed its own processing.

Cryptocurrency users should independently verify all transaction details before sending funds.

Responsible gambling deposit limits or other Account controls may also apply to cryptocurrency deposits.

20. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money funds through the methods available in their cashier.

The minimum and maximum amounts depend on the payment method selected.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not mean that the funds have immediately been sent. The Casino may first review the Account for verification, wagering, payment ownership, bonus and security requirements.

A first withdrawal commonly attracts greater scrutiny because the Casino may need to complete identity and payment verification.

Further checks can also occur later if transaction patterns, payment methods or Account information change.

A withdrawal may remain pending until all requested documents are received and approved.

Incorrect banking or wallet information can delay or prevent payment, so Players should review all withdrawal details carefully before submission.

21. Withdrawal to the Original Payment Method

Where technically possible, withdrawals should be returned through the same payment route used for the corresponding deposit.

This approach is intended to reduce fraud and prevent the Casino from being used to transfer funds between unrelated financial accounts.

If several payment methods have been used, withdrawals may be divided or routed according to the Casino’s payment and compliance procedures.

Where the original deposit method does not support payouts, another verified method may be offered.

Before approving an alternative route, Vegastars may require evidence that the new payment method belongs to the same registered Player.

22. Bank Transfer Processing

Vegastars states that bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within three banking days.

This timeframe refers to the Casino’s normal payment procedure and should not necessarily be interpreted as the total time until money appears in the Player’s bank account.

Banking weekends, public holidays, intermediary institutions and additional compliance checks can extend the final processing period.

Intermediary banks may deduct their own transaction fees.

Vegastars does not control whether a Player’s bank or card issuer accepts transactions associated with gambling services.

Players should therefore check their financial institution’s policies if a transfer is unexpectedly rejected.

23. Withdrawal Limits

The current Vegastars Terms provide for a general maximum withdrawal amount of $50,000 per month unless a specific promotion or eligible VIP arrangement establishes a different limit.

This is a processing limit rather than a declaration that winnings above the amount are automatically forfeited.

If eligible winnings exceed the standard monthly limit, Vegastars may pay them in instalments of up to $50,000 per month until the balance has been settled.

Progressive jackpot winnings are treated separately and are stated to be payable in full.

Higher-value transactions may also receive additional review. Vegastars may carry out anti-fraud and transaction checks before processing winnings exceeding $10,000 in a single day.

Players should verify which currency the applicable limit refers to within their Account and current Terms before planning a large withdrawal.

24. Pending and Cancelled Withdrawals

A withdrawal may display as pending while the Casino conducts its normal checks.

Depending on the Account interface, a Player may be able to cancel a withdrawal while it remains pending and return the funds to the available balance.

Once a transaction has been approved or passed to the payment provider, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Repeatedly cancelling withdrawals and returning funds to gameplay can increase gambling risk. Players who find themselves regularly reversing withdrawals should consider responsible gambling controls or a temporary break.

25. Bonuses and Promotions

Vegastars may provide welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, tournaments, referral rewards and other promotional benefits.

Every promotion can be governed by separate conditions.

These conditions may specify the qualifying deposit, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum permitted wager, eligible games, game contribution rates, validity period and maximum cashout.

Players should review the entire promotion before opting in.

A bonus amount displayed in an Account should not automatically be treated as withdrawable real money.

Bonus funds and associated winnings may remain restricted until all required conditions have been completed.

26. Bonus Wagering Requirements

Bonus wagering requirements determine how much qualifying gameplay must be completed before promotional funds can become eligible for withdrawal.

Different promotions may apply different wagering multipliers.

Game contribution can also vary. Slots may contribute differently from blackjack, roulette, video poker or live casino games.

Some games can be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.

The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active may also be lower than the ordinary game limit.

A Player who intends to claim a bonus should therefore review both the general Bonus Terms and the specific offer before placing the first promotional wager.

27. Verification of Larger Bonuses

Under the currently published Terms, bonuses exceeding the equivalent of €250 may be withheld until applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

This means that qualifying for a promotion does not remove identity and security requirements.

A Player may be asked to verify their identity, address or payment method before larger promotional funds or associated winnings are released.

Where documents are requested, bonus expiry or withdrawal conditions may continue to apply according to the relevant promotion.

Players should complete verification promptly to reduce avoidable delays.

28. Bonus Abuse

Vegastars may investigate behaviour that appears designed primarily to obtain promotional value through methods inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Examples can include creating duplicate Accounts, using false personal details, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, colluding with other Players, manipulating game contribution rules or deliberately exploiting an obvious promotional error.

The Casino may review the complete history of an Account when investigating suspected abuse.

Where a material violation is established, affected bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may be removed.

Serious or repeated violations may also result in the Player becoming ineligible for future promotions or having their Account permanently closed.

29. Game Rules

Players are responsible for understanding how a casino game works before placing real-money wagers.

Game information may include paylines, paytables, betting ranges, bonus features, jackpot rules, return-to-player information and other relevant conditions.

Results are determined according to the rules and systems applicable to the particular game.

Once a valid wager has been accepted and a game round has begun, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled simply because the Player changes their mind or dislikes the outcome.

Individual games may be unavailable in some locations due to restrictions imposed by the game provider.

30. Random Number Generation and Game Outcomes

Digital casino games may use Random Number Generator technology or equivalent systems supplied by the relevant game provider.

The result of a legitimate casino round is determined by the game system rather than by previous wins or losses.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

Players should not assume that a slot or other random game becomes “due” to pay after a series of losses.

Where a dispute concerns a game result, the Casino and provider may review server records and game logs to determine whether the round was completed correctly.

31. Fair Play and Prohibited Activity

Players must use Vegastars fairly and only for legitimate gaming activity.

Fraud, collusion, identity misuse, duplicate Accounts, payment abuse, chargeback abuse and deliberate technical exploitation are prohibited.

Players must not interfere with casino software, communications or security systems.

The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools or other unauthorised software intended to manipulate the normal operation of the platform may result in investigation.

Where suspicious activity is identified, Vegastars may temporarily restrict gameplay or withdrawals while relevant records are reviewed.

Confirmed illegal activity may be reported to payment providers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where required.

32. Technical Errors

Online gaming relies on software, internet connections, payment infrastructure and third-party providers.

Occasional technical, communication or administrative errors may occur.

If an error results in an incorrect balance, duplicated payment, erroneous bonus, incorrect game settlement or other obvious mistake, Vegastars may investigate and correct the affected transaction.

Funds displayed because of an error do not automatically become valid Player funds.

If money credited solely because of a clear error has already been withdrawn, the Casino may seek repayment where legally permitted.

A Player who becomes aware of an obvious malfunction should report it rather than deliberately attempting to profit from it.

33. Interrupted Game Rounds

If a Player loses connection during a game round, the result may still be determined by the game server.

Reopening the game or refreshing the Account may display the completed outcome where the wager had already been accepted.

A temporary display problem does not necessarily mean that a wager was cancelled.

Where a Player disputes an interrupted round, server-side records and provider logs may be used to establish whether the wager was accepted and how the game was settled.

34. Refund Requests

Vegastars’ currently published policy generally requires a refund request relating to a legitimate transaction to be submitted within 24 hours of that transaction.

Where the Player alleges that the Account was accessed without authorisation, a longer period of up to 30 calendar days may apply in the relevant circumstances.

A refund is not automatically granted merely because a Player regrets a deposit or loses deposited funds through valid gameplay.

The Casino may require complete identity and payment verification before considering a refund.

Bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed before the amount eligible for refund is calculated.

External payment costs may also affect the final amount.

35. Chargebacks

A chargeback is a reversal or dispute initiated through a card issuer, bank or payment provider.

Players must not submit fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks for transactions they knowingly authorised.

If a chargeback is received, Vegastars may temporarily restrict the Account while investigating the disputed transaction.

Any winnings or promotional benefits connected with the disputed deposit may also be reviewed.

The Player may be required to settle an outstanding legitimate payment before Account access is restored.

Repeated or deliberate chargeback abuse may result in permanent closure of the Account.

36. Dormant Accounts

A Vegastars Account may be classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months without login activity.

Under the current general Terms, a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another supported currency may be deducted from a dormant Account that retains a positive balance.

The fee may continue until the Player reactivates the Account or the available balance reaches zero.

A dormant Account can remain subject to identity verification and security requirements before funds are withdrawn.

Players who no longer intend to use the Casino should consider withdrawing eligible funds and formally closing the Account rather than leaving a balance inactive for an extended period.

37. Responsible Gambling

Vegastars treats gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a guaranteed source of income.

Players should establish a personal entertainment budget and should not use funds required for rent, food, debt repayments, bills or other essential expenses.

Chasing losses, increasing deposits in response to frustration or borrowing money to continue gambling can indicate harmful gambling behaviour.

Players should regularly consider whether the amount of time and money spent on gambling remains consistent with their original intentions.

Vegastars may provide responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, temporary breaks and self-exclusion.

38. Deposit and Account Limits

Responsible gambling controls may allow Players to restrict how much they can deposit during a defined period.

Once a limit is applied, attempts to deposit above that amount may be rejected.

A request to reduce a limit may take effect differently from a request to increase it, depending on the applicable responsible gambling rules.

Players should not attempt to bypass an active limit using another Account, another identity or another payment method.

Where circumvention is detected, the Casino may apply stronger restrictions or Account closure.

39. Responsible Gambling Support in New Zealand

Players in New Zealand who are concerned about their gambling can seek independent help in addition to using Casino-based controls.

The New Zealand Gambling Helpline provides free and confidential support on 0800 654 655.

Safer Gambling Aotearoa also provides information designed to help people recognise gambling harm and access appropriate assistance.

A Player does not need to wait until gambling has caused severe financial damage before seeking help.

Concerns about increased spending, secrecy, stress, chasing losses or difficulty stopping can all justify taking a break and speaking with a qualified support service.

40. Self-Exclusion

Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gambling procedures available from Vegastars.

Self-exclusion is intended to prevent access to gambling Services for the selected period.

A Player who has requested self-exclusion must not attempt to create another Account or use another person’s Account to continue gambling.

Vegastars may use Account information, device information and other reasonable controls to identify attempts to circumvent an exclusion.

Where a connected Account is identified during a valid exclusion period, it may also be restricted or closed.

41. Privacy and Personal Information

Vegastars processes personal information for purposes connected with Account administration, KYC, payments, fraud prevention, responsible gambling, regulatory compliance and customer support.

Neptune Projects SRL is identified in the current Privacy Policy as responsible for the processing of relevant Player information.

Information can include registration data, transaction records, login and device information, gameplay activity and correspondence with customer support.

Certain information may be shared with game providers, payment companies, identity-verification services or regulatory bodies where necessary and legally permitted.

Players should review the current Privacy Policy for detailed information about collection, retention, processing and disclosure practices.

42. Communication With Players

Vegastars may communicate with Players through the email address, telephone number, Account interface or other contact method associated with the Account.

Operational messages concerning withdrawals, verification, security or changes affecting an Account may be sent even where marketing communications are limited.

Players are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email address.

A failure to read a verification or security request may delay a pending transaction.

Marketing communications remain subject to applicable legal and responsible gambling restrictions, including New Zealand’s online casino advertising rules.

43. Taxes

Players are responsible for determining whether gambling activity creates any tax, reporting or accounting obligations applicable to them.

Vegastars does not provide individual tax, legal or financial advice.

The tax treatment of gambling can depend on the Player’s circumstances, including the nature and frequency of activity.

A New Zealand Player who requires a definitive assessment should consult an appropriately qualified New Zealand tax professional or other competent adviser.

44. Account Suspension

Vegastars may suspend an Account temporarily where there is a reasonable need to investigate security, verification, payment or compliance concerns.

Examples include suspected Account takeover, inconsistent KYC information, unusual financial activity, duplicate Accounts, chargebacks or possible violation of geographic restrictions.

Suspension does not necessarily mean that wrongdoing has been established.

During a review, gameplay, deposits or withdrawals may be disabled while relevant documents and records are examined.

The length of the review depends on the nature of the issue and the Player’s cooperation with reasonable information requests.

45. Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary Account closure through customer support, subject to outstanding verification, security or payment matters.

Vegastars may also close an Account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is established.

Before closure is finalised, the Casino may review pending bets, withdrawals, chargebacks, promotional balances and other outstanding transactions.

Eligible real-money balances will be handled according to the applicable payment, compliance and legal requirements.

Account closure for ordinary reasons should be distinguished from self-exclusion, which is a responsible gambling measure and may carry additional restrictions.

46. Complaints

Players should first submit complaints to Vegastars customer support using the contact channels provided by the Casino.

A complaint should normally be submitted from the email address associated with the Account.

To assist investigation, the Player should provide enough information to identify the matter, such as the approximate date, transaction amount, payment method, game, game round or relevant reference number.

The Player should not send passwords, complete payment credentials or cryptocurrency private keys.

Vegastars’ current Terms state that disputes concerning a settled bet should be raised within three days of settlement.

Players should therefore report game and transaction disputes promptly.

47. Internal Complaint Review

Customer support may first attempt to resolve a complaint using Account and transaction records.

More complex complaints may be escalated internally for review by another department.

Server logs, payment records, KYC information, game-provider records and correspondence may be considered when determining the outcome.

A Player should retain copies of relevant communication and transaction information until the dispute has been resolved.

Where the Casino requests additional information, failure to provide it may prevent the investigation from being completed.

48. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Vegastars currently identifies EGIS-FZCO as an alternative dispute resolution provider.

Players should normally complete the Casino’s internal complaints process before escalating an eligible matter externally.

The ADR process may require the Player to provide evidence that an attempt was made to resolve the issue directly with Vegastars.

The procedure, eligibility rules and contact information in effect at the time of the dispute should be checked before submitting a complaint.

Use of an ADR service does not necessarily remove mandatory legal rights that may apply under relevant law.

49. Limitation of Liability

Gambling involves the possibility of financial loss, and Players accept this inherent risk when voluntarily participating in real-money games.

Vegastars does not guarantee that every game, payment method or part of the website will remain continuously available.

Technical interruptions can occur because of internet connectivity, maintenance, software providers, financial institutions or blockchain networks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vegastars may limit responsibility for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

This does not exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded by contract.

50. Third-Party Services

Vegastars depends on third parties for various aspects of the Services.

These can include payment processors, banks, card networks, identity-verification providers, game studios, hosting providers and blockchain networks.

Third parties may have their own terms, processing times and jurisdictional restrictions.

A payment method or game available at one time may later become unavailable because of a decision made by an external provider.

Vegastars is not able to control all outages or processing delays affecting independent third-party infrastructure.

51. Non-Transferability

A Vegastars Account and the rights associated with it are personal to the registered Player.

A Player may not sell, transfer, pledge, assign or otherwise dispose of their Account, deposits, winnings, wagers or contractual claims without the Casino’s consent.

Accounts must not be traded or used as collateral.

Any attempt to transfer an Account or its balance to another person may result in security review, suspension or closure.

This restriction also protects the integrity of KYC and payment-ownership procedures.

52. Governing Rules

The current Vegastars Terms state that the general contractual relationship is governed by the laws specified by the Casino, including provisions connected with Costa Rica and the licensing framework of the Tobique Gaming Commission.

Certain payment relationships may involve separate entities and may be subject to different laws, including Cyprus-related provisions for applicable payment services.

Contractual governing-law clauses do not automatically remove mandatory obligations imposed by New Zealand law where those obligations apply.

Players should therefore distinguish between the law governing the contractual Terms and the regulatory law that applies because Services are provided to people located in New Zealand.

53. New Zealand Licensing Transition

New Zealand is currently implementing its new online casino licensing system.

The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 allows certain operators that were already providing online casino gambling to New Zealand customers when the Act commenced to continue temporarily during the transition.

From 1 December 2026, operators that have not submitted an eligible licence application must stop providing online casino gambling to people in New Zealand.

Operators with an application under consideration may continue under the statutory exemption until the application is decided or until the relevant transitional deadline.

The Department of Internal Affairs expects the licensed regime to become fully operational during 2027.

Players should therefore verify the current status of Vegastars before making deposits after the transitional deadlines.

54. Requirements Under the New Zealand Licensed Regime

The New Zealand regime introduces specific consumer-protection requirements for operators that ultimately receive licences.

These include requirements relating to age verification, harm minimisation, exclusion of certain Players, complaints procedures, record keeping and operation of the gambling platform.

Licensed operators will also be required to comply with New Zealand-specific standards concerning online casino technology and consumer protection.

A public register is expected to allow Players to identify operators that have obtained licences under the new system.

Once the fully licensed framework applies, Players should use that register and other official information rather than assuming that a foreign licence alone establishes New Zealand regulatory approval.

55. No Credit for Online Casino Gambling

The New Zealand Online Casino Gambling Act includes restrictions concerning the provision of credit for online casino gambling.

Where New Zealand licensing requirements apply, a licensed operator must comply with the applicable rules intended to prevent gambling through prohibited credit arrangements.

Players should use only funds that they actually control and can afford to lose.

The Casino Account should not be treated as a source of credit or financial borrowing.

56. Changes to Services

Vegastars may add, remove, replace or modify games, payment methods, promotions, Account functionality and other Services.

Changes may occur because of new provider agreements, technical updates, changes in payment availability or regulatory requirements.

A game or payment method being available when the Player registers does not guarantee permanent future availability.

Where possible, significant changes affecting existing transactions should be handled according to the rules that applied when those transactions were initiated.

57. Changes to These Terms

Vegastars may revise these Terms periodically.

Changes may be required because of legislation, licence conditions, payment rules, security procedures or developments in the Casino’s Services.

Players should review the current Terms before making a significant deposit, claiming a bonus or requesting a large withdrawal.

Where legally required, material changes may be communicated through the website, Player Account or registered contact details.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

58. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that finding does not automatically invalidate the entire Agreement.

The remaining provisions should continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where possible, an affected clause should be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to preserve its intended purpose in a legally enforceable form.

Failure by Vegastars to immediately enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily mean that it permanently waives the right to enforce that provision later.

59. Language and Interpretation

These Terms may be made available in different languages for the convenience of Players.

Where translations are provided, the version identified by Vegastars as the official contractual version may take precedence in the event of inconsistency, subject to any mandatory local legal requirements.

Headings are provided for readability and do not independently alter the meaning of a provision.

References to an Account, Casino, Player or Service should be interpreted according to the context in which those terms are used.

60. Entire Agreement

These Terms form part of the overall contractual framework governing use of Vegastars.

They must be read together with the Privacy Policy, KYC and AML requirements, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gambling Policy, payment conditions and specific game or promotional rules.

Where a specific Service is governed by more detailed conditions, those specific rules may supplement these general Terms.

If a conflict exists, the more specific rule may apply to the relevant Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

61. Player Responsibility

Players remain responsible for the decisions they make while using the Casino.

This includes deciding how much money to deposit, selecting games, understanding bonus terms, protecting Account credentials and reviewing transaction details before confirmation.

Casino outcomes involve chance, and there is no strategy capable of guaranteeing profit from random casino games.

Players should never interpret previous losses as creating an entitlement to future winnings.

Responsible use of the Services requires treating gambling expenditure as entertainment spending that may be lost.

62. Final Acceptance

By registering an Account or continuing to use eligible Vegastars Casino Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that your Account information is accurate and that payment methods used through the Account are authorised for your use.

You acknowledge that gambling involves genuine financial risk and that winnings are never guaranteed.

You also accept responsibility for complying with laws and restrictions applicable to your location.

Players in New Zealand should pay particular attention to the country’s changing regulatory framework. The transitional rules remain especially important during 2026, with 1 December 2026 marking a key date for operators wishing to continue serving New Zealand customers.

Before maintaining a significant balance, accepting a promotion or making a new deposit, Players should review the current Vegastars Terms and verify the platform’s current regulatory status in New Zealand.
